We are proud to say that 80% of our business comes from referrals or past clients and we continually strive to grow this statistic upward! A lot of people ask.. Why do we do what we do? Since the start, our mission has always been to give back to the communities that support our growth. We do this by pledging a percentage of our commissions back to the community it comes from. These donations are provided to families and nonprofits that are in need! Lastly, we do all of this with a strict set of guiding values: God, Family, and Business.

The Team Behind It All
Matthew Sadler CEO | Realtor
Matthew has always called the Miami Valley home. He grew up in Bellbrook and has lived in Beavercreek, Kettering and Centerville. Matthew has a degree in Architecture and Entrepreneurship from Miami University. This provides an unique perspective on the real estate industry and helps him guide his employees and clients in selling their homes quickly while also finding quality homes with ease. When Matthew isn’t working, He enjoys biking, kayaking, hiking, or hunting/ fishing. He currently resides in Washington Township with his Wife, Andrea, and their daughter, Autumn.
Max Breidenbach | Buyers Agent
Max joined The Living Ohio Group in December of 2021 after being in the marketing industry for 6 years. Max graduated from THE Ohio State University with a degree in business. Outside of work Max enjoys coaching Lacrosse at his High School alma mater, Oakwood, and rooting for his Buckeyes. He currently lives in Washington Township with his wife, Julie, their son, Murphy, and Goldendoodle, Cali.
Lisa Taylor | Transaction Coordinator
Lisa joined The Living Ohio Group in November of 2020. She previously worked as Director of First Impressions and Agent Services in our Beavercreek office since 2015. When Lisa isn’t hard at work, she enjoys relaxing with her husband, Todd, and supporting her children, Jordan and Allison, with their extracurricular activities.

Jana Vest | Director of Operations
Jana joined The Living Ohio Group in July of 2021 after being a part time agent and working in marketing for 9 years. She graduated from King College (Bristol, TN) where she played collegiate basketball with a degree in business. Jana enjoys spending the majority of her time at home with her husband, Kevin, their 3 kids, Bennett, Bryce, and Bailey, and dog, Willow.
